I would like to take this opportunity to thank Beverley from the bottom of my heart for helping me with my anxiety issues when I was about to go travelling overseas..
I have just returned to Perth, from a month in Europe which when my partner and friends booked the trip, I was hysterical as I didn’t want to go, Beverley thankfully offered her services in hypnosis to me, of which I am so thankful.
I did 3 sessions as well as listening to our sessions which were recorded. I also re-learned how to breathe to combat any anxiety about going away, including other issues, such as heights and some claustrophobia, which I had had for years.
