Quit Smoking with Hypnosis:

What to expect and some Facts and Figures

Did you know that smokers who quit using hypnotherapy are more likely to stay a non-smoker than using will power?

When you begin your stop smoking session, you will be invited to simply relax and get out of your own way.  It’s assumed that having decided upon using hypnosis to stop smoking, that you would have already made this decision to stop smoking permanently!

It can be a walk in the park for you as a lot of my clients have experienced.  Or, you can make hard work of it and see if you can outwit the hypnosis!  It seems rather pointless if you are paying good money, so it may as well be a walk in the park and leave with a feeling of accomplishment!

Some clients like to come back for a refresher, which is advisable.  Though a lot are so determined that they find they are able to get on with their new smoke free life easily.

Life will still have its ups and downs, after all life is about solving problems, right?  However this time, you will be solving problems and not causing your body any further hardship by smoking any more.
