I cannot thank you enough for the help you have given me in overcoming my fear of public speaking!

Yesterday I had to present to a group of 70 geoscientists and did it with ease. After the presentation a senior university lecturer said it was the best presentation he has seen me give and was very impressed. I little nervous leading up to the talk and the finger-thumb relax switch helped greatly. It all comes down to you! I cannot thank you enough for the help you have given me in overcoming my fear of public speaking
